To give you an idea of prices for planning purpose, all our homes are a fixed price based on the final plans, the fixed price for the actual structure is between $95.00-$115.00 per square foot, which includes the shipping and setting of the house.

Then we offer three programs you can choose from:

OPTION ONE – General Contractor

Distinguished Builders, Inc. can act as your general contractor and manage all elements of the site work, including overseeing all or portions of the subcontractors, based on what the customer wants. This is figured out on a "cost plus" basis, any cost associated with the completion of the home plus 10% overhead and 5% profit (generally $65.00-$85.00 more per square foot). Our policy is that we work on one home at a time so our clients get the service they need to feel confident throughout the building process.

OPTION TWO – Assist to Build

"Distinguished Builders, Inc. Assist to Build Program" offers you the tools to be your own general contractor and to complete the site work and manage the subcontractors. This program saves you significant money since you control all the expenses and oversee the project. Our "DBI Assist to Build Program" provides you check lists and time frames, permit processes and contacts, referrals for subcontractors, detailed questions to ask subcontractors, consultation benefits, etc. This program takes the guess work out of being your own general contractor. This complete program (which includes a binder to keep your notes, contracts, etc. and a template disc to work from) is only $5,000.00.

OPTION THREE – System Built Product

If you already have General Contractor experience or you already know someone you want to work with and would simply like us to help you work through the floor plan, order your home, ship and set it, this would save you the cost associated with Options One and Two. Distinguished Builders, Inc. is the exclusive Wardcraft Homes builder in Grand, Routt, Jackson and Moffat counties so you will still receive the high quality Wardcraft Home product and service.
